Keeping you in touch
When you place an order online you are immediately sent an email which confirms your order and payment details. If you have elected to pay by cheque, bank transfer or debit/credit card, this email tells you how to proceed. It also tells you how to check the progress of your order.
When your order is despatched, you will receive another email telling you the date and method of despatch. If you have ordered a box kit which includes an electronic manual, this will be attached to the email.
From time to time we may also send out emails telling you about any new developments.
All in all, we like to keep our customers informed and we work hard to make your buying experience easier. When you receive your goods, the package will also contain a packing slip and, in some cases, a letter.
